1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are offered by Yongjin Ding, an individual operating BridgeCast AI at https://theburningbridges.com (“we”). BridgeCast AI lets you make a music video of about 15 seconds from a photo you upload and a performance reference.
By creating an account, buying credits, or using the studio, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to the Privacy Policy at https://theburningbridges.com/privacy-policy; and (d) have authority to agree for yourself or for the organization you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. If we update these Terms, continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
2. The service
BridgeCast AI is an online studio. You choose a performance, upload a photo, and spend 50 credits to create one video. The photo is the first frame. The finished video is saved in Personal Space, where you can watch it, download it, or delete it.
This is a digital service. After a payment is confirmed, the purchased credits are added to your account. Refunds are limited, as described in section 7.
The studio uses these models, submitted through KIE (https://kie.ai):

A video can fail because of the photo, one of those providers, or a temporary outage. If a major outage stops new videos, we will email the address on your account. A failed generation returns the 50 credits for that attempt.
Generated videos are synthetic. They are not a recording of a real performance by the person in the photo.
3. Your account
Use accurate information to create your account. You are responsible for activity on the account and for keeping the sign-in details private.
- If you think someone else is using the account, email support@theburningbridges.com at once.
- Do not share your sign-in details.
- Keep the email address on the account working, because bills, refunds, and policy notices go there.
You can sign in with Google or with email and a password. If you register for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization.
4. Credits
Credits are sold as one-time packs. They are not a subscription, they do not renew, and the studio does not automatically buy more credits for you.
- $9.90 buys 50 credits, enough for 1 video
- $18.90 buys 100 credits, enough for 2 videos
- Each video costs 50 credits
Current prices are shown at https://theburningbridges.com/#pricing and in the credit purchase window. A later price change applies only to later purchases.
If generation fails, those 50 credits are returned. Cancelling a video that is still generating returns those 50 credits. Deleting a finished video does not return the credits.
5. Payment
Each purchase is a single charge. When you complete checkout, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout, through our payment processor, Waffo Pancake. There is no recurring charge and no automatic top-up.
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax unless the checkout page says otherwise. If the law requires tax, it is collected at checkout.
We do not store your full card number. Card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake. The name on your card statement is the descriptor shown on the Waffo Pancake checkout page.
Credits are added after the payment is confirmed.
6. How long credits last
Purchased credits do not expire while the account stays open. We do not send an expiry reminder, because these credits have no expiry date.
If the account is closed, unused credits stay available for 90 days and then expire. After that, they are not refunded unless the law requires a refund.
You can ask us to delete the account by emailing support@theburningbridges.com from the account email.
7. Refunds
Credits that have already been spent are not refunded in cash, except where this section or the law says otherwise.
You can get a refund in these cases:
- Unused credits within 7 days. If you have not spent a credit pack, you can ask for a full refund of that purchase within 7 days of the charge.
- Duplicate charge. A billing error that charges you twice is refunded in full.
- Statutory rights. If the law where you live gives a withdrawal right, including the 14-day withdrawal right for a first purchase in the EU, the United Kingdom, or Australia, that right remains. It ends once you use the credits.
- Our shutdown. If we close the service for a reason other than your breach, we refund unused prepaid credits.
A failed or cancelled generation is handled by returning 50 credits to the account. That is not a separate cash refund.
Email support@theburningbridges.com with the account email, the transaction ID, and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not refund:
- Credits already used to generate a video, except for the 50-credit return when that generation fails or is cancelled while it is still running
- Purchases older than 7 days when any credit from that purchase has been used
- Accounts closed because they broke these Terms
8. Billing disputes
If a charge looks wrong, email support@theburningbridges.com before you dispute it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and correct a confirmed billing error within 5 business days.
9. Videos and intellectual property
You own the video generated from your inputs, as long as your use follows these Terms and the law. You may download and share that video for a lawful purpose allowed by section 10.
You keep the rights you already have in the photo. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process the photo and prompt, send them to the video providers named in section 2, and store the finished video so the studio can show it to you. We do not use your photos or prompts to train our own models.
The video is produced by Seedance 2.5 or MiniMax H3 through KIE. We do not promise a particular look, and we are not responsible for a result that comes from those models.
Check the video before you rely on it or present it as a real event. It can be inaccurate. Do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Acceptable use
Use the studio only for a lawful purpose.
Do not use it to create, upload, or request any of the following:
- Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity and sexual acts
- Graphic violence or gore
- Hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual, romantic, or exploitative content involving a minor
- Deepfakes and impersonation: a result that presents one real person as another real person, places one real person’s face on another real person, fabricates a statement or event and presents it as real news, or makes a sexual or nude image of a real person
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including a performance, song, or likeness you do not have the right to use
Also do not:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Create malware, phishing pages, or attack tools
- Bypass the credit check or interfere with the service
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission
- Break applicable law or card-network rules
- Use inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or distill a competing model
- Scrape outputs at scale for a purpose other than your own use of the studio
- Present a generated video as the work of a licensed professional, such as a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser
You may upload a photo only if you have the right to use it and the right to use the likeness in it. Do not upload someone else’s photo without their permission. Do not upload a minor for a sexual, romantic, or exploitative video.
If content breaks these Terms, we may delete the video, suspend the account, and cancel remaining credits. To report a video, email support@theburningbridges.com with the account email and a description. We review reports and remove content that breaks these Terms.
11. Privacy and card data
Use of the studio is also covered by the Privacy Policy at https://theburningbridges.com/privacy-policy.
Payment card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS payment processor. It is not stored on our servers.
After you ask us to delete the account, we keep account data for 90 days and then delete it, except records we must keep for accounting, tax, or a legal claim.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The studio is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that every photo will produce a video you like, or that a generated video is accurate.
Generated videos can be incomplete or wrong. Do not use them as professional advice. Review them before you act on them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Ending access
These Terms apply while you use the studio. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement. If we end the service for a reason other than your breach, we refund unused prepaid credits.
You may ask us to delete the account at any time by emailing support@theburningbridges.com.
14. Disputes
Before you start a formal proceeding, email support@theburningbridges.com so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Yongjin Ding as an individual. This does not remove rights that the law of your country gives you and does not allow a contract to remove.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. A material change is emailed to the address on your account at least 14 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page changes with each version. If a section is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the studio.
